How do gift cards work? When you purchase a gift card, we’ll send your recipient a unique redemption code they can use to activate their Hey Bodie membership. You’ll also receive a confirmation email with the gift card details for your records.

What happens after I complete my purchase? Within a few minutes, your recipient will receive a beautifully designed email containing their gift card code, redemption instructions, and your personal message (if you included one). You’ll get a confirmation email at the same time.

Can I include a personal message? Yes! During checkout, you can add a personal note that will appear in your recipient’s gift card email.

What membership options can I gift? You can choose between Bodie Basic Annual ($49) or Bodie Pro Annual ($79). Your recipient will receive whichever tier you select.

How long is the gift card valid? Gift cards expire 12 months from the date of purchase, giving your recipient plenty of time to redeem it.

How does my recipient redeem their gift? They simply visit bodie.io/choose-your-membership, select the membership tier that matches their gift card, and enter their unique code at checkout. The code covers their entire first year.

Can the gift card be used more than once? No, each gift card code is single-use and tied to one membership activation.

What if my recipient already has a Hey Bodie account? No problem! If they’re currently on a free trial or their previous membership has expired, they can log in, go to their account settings, and apply the gift card code to activate a full year of membership. However, if they already have an active paid membership, the gift card cannot be stacked or added on—they would need to wait until their current membership expires before redeeming it.

Will I get a receipt for my purchase? Yes, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the gift card reference number, recipient details, and transaction information.

What if my recipient doesn’t receive their email? Have them check their spam folder first. If they still can’t find it, contact us at bodie@bodie.duckbd.com with your gift card reference number and we’ll resend it.

Can I get a refund on a gift card? Please contact us at bodie@bodie.duckbd.com to discuss refund requests for unredeemed gift cards.
