Meet the Team (and the Dog Who Inspired It All)
First, a word about Bodie.
After Hurricane Katrina, Bodie found his way into the Beddoe family, but we were the lucky ones for the 13 years we had him. He had a little Marley and Me in him, always in the middle of everything, usually in the way, but somehow making it better. Naming this company after him is our way of honoring such a loving dog. And in some small way, he’s still with us every day.

Founder
Marine Corps Veteran. Tech guy for 45 years. Started Bodie to organize my own home. Excited to share it.
Niki Beddoe
Financial Officer
Former BofA, modeling MBS in FiDi. Went from securitizing homes to helping people take care of them.
Kirk Beddoe
Communications
Penn State grad. Writes the words, runs the socials, fights unnecessary complexity.
Bob Brennan
Advisory Board
Former CEO of Iron Mountain. Prefers things that work over things that look impressive. We listen to him.
Why we do this
We built Bodie because we needed it. Turns out, so does everyone else. Homeownership comes with enough surprises. Forgetting when you last serviced the furnace shouldn’t be one of them.
